A priority is stalled
Your team has an idea or a report, but the decision owner, next action or dependency is unclear.
Consulting & implementation / in development
Bring evidence, decisions and delivery together around a result your team can own.
For elected leaders, boards and continuing staff with an important project, service change or organizational priority that needs a clearer path forward.
When this route could fit
Sometimes the next useful step is a clearer decision. Sometimes it is practical help carrying an agreed decision into delivery.
Your team has an idea or a report, but the decision owner, next action or dependency is unclear.
A service redesign, policy rollout or planning task needs evidence, options and manageable work.
Useful work depends on one person’s recollection, and the next team needs a record it can follow.
What an agreed diagnostic could produce
Choose deliverables around the actual problem. A diagnostic is a bounded engagement to understand the job and define the next useful result.
If delivery needs more support
An Evidence-to-Action Sprint is a proposed follow-on route for one approved priority. It can connect an agreed plan to delivery, a progress record and handover.
The diagnostic does not commit you to a Sprint. Any follow-on work would have a separate scope, hours, schedule and fee. Your organization retains its decisions and ownership of the work.
How to get started
You can prepare now. A service discussion would begin once an actual intake route and delivery availability are confirmed.
Name one recent difficulty, the result you need and the support you already have. The free continuity check can help.
Establish who can approve scope, share relevant records and commit the organization. A role title alone is not enough.
Before any engagement, confirm deliverables, access, timing, fee and the point at which the work returns to your team.
Keep a short outline of your priority and desired result. This draft lets you download it for your own use.
Nothing is sent or booked. Fees and delivery dates are not yet published.
Practical questions
This route focuses on an organizational job and a useful result. Learning can be part of delivery, but a diagnostic or Sprint would be scoped around the team’s actual priority. Membership is the developing route for continuing resources and practical learning.
No. Begin with the type of problem, your role and the desired result. Any later record access would be agreed with the appropriate organizational owner. Keep private cases and confidential documents out of an initial note.
Your accountable leaders retain decision authority. Support can organize evidence, options and delivery; it cannot supply missing authority or override your current rules.
Fees, delivery hours and schedule are still being developed. A later proposal would name an exact scope and fee before any commitment; this page does not offer a booking or guaranteed completion date.
