For a general inquiry, it helps to include your organization, your role and a short description of what you are trying to move forward. For a website problem, include the page address and what happened.
Please start with a general description rather than sending confidential files or personal case information. Email is not an emergency or on-call channel. Contacting Matthew does not automatically add you to a mailing list or book an engagement.
What is available now
The free Leadership Continuity Check and sample Brief are available to explore. Crisis stabilization, consulting and membership are in development; scope and availability for any engagement must be agreed separately.
Privacy and accessibility
Use the same email address for privacy questions, corrections, accessibility feedback or an alternate-format request. See the privacy notice, accessibility statement and website and tool-use notes for more information.
